to Submit
your Lindenwood Application
In order for your
application to be processed, please make sure you
submit both a completed application and the $40 application fee.
If you have any questions regarding how to fill your application out,

*Print the application, fill it out, scan it and fax it to us a

*Print the application, fill it out, scan it onto your computer and
email it to us at lindenwoodapts@comcast.net
*Print the application, fill it out, and mail it to us at:

*Print the application, fill it out and walk it in to our office.

Ways to
submit the PAYMENT FOR your application fee:
*Pay Electronically through our website by clicking on the Payments tab
and enrolling. If you pay online, please notify Phyllis by phone
(541-928-1500) or by email (lindenwoodapts@comcast.net) that you are
submitting an application.
*Mail it to the above address with your application. If you are
in a hurry, you can always overnight your application fee by FEDEX, UPS
or USPS.
*Walk it into our office with the application
*Have the manager request payment through Paypal. Email the
manager directly at karmin1@comcast.net.
Request the ability to pay your application online & she will send
you a request for money from Paypal. Then Paypal will send you an
email with instructions on how to pay.
